Our Founder

“I created OGAdvisors after two decades in the healthcare technology field when I identified a gap between the critical role that partnerships play in a company’s growth, and the effort and experience that it takes to secure those.
 
Prior to OGAdvisors I held various positions in corporate development, leading acquisitions in excess of $500m in total value on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, and commercializing technologies across the healthcare spectrum. I led commercialization and strategy execution, and crafted more than 50 joint-ventures, partnerships, and ancillary divestitures. I also held post-transaction operational roles, including integration and implementation.
 
I’ve served as a CEO, a general manager, a corporate buyer, and as a business development professional. I know first-hand how hard it is to advance on partnering while having to focus on operating a growing business.  
 
Since its inception in 2017, my team at OGAdvisors led fundraising rounds of Seed and Series A, executed acquisitions and joint ventures on behalf of clients, and led licensing and distribution partnering efforts.
